I have online order product from https://cakesportal.com/ website on *st May ****, I have paid money and next day I got mail that order is cancelled and amount will be refunded within * working days. Still now amount not refunded ...no response for mails. When I check entire profile of the website then I got to know that there are no proper contact details are there. also this website is complete fake and only accept the online payment. NO Cash of Delivery. Many people like me are facing the same issue while using this website. I don't want my money back but I want that the same thing should not happen with anybody. I request you to kindly look into this matter.
