I have ordered a submersible water pump from https://www.wowbunchesenterprises.in on **/**/**** order no OID*** worth INR *****/- invoice attached.
From invoice I got a doubt on company as it did not have GST no printed on it, so I googled the company and from consumer forums I came to know that it's a fraud company and duping consumers since long time. So I immediately canceled the order as I had already paid for it using online payment gateway Razorpay. I also contacted payment gateway to stop the payment but they said its already done so I alerted them about a doubt of authenticity of this company to prevent any future scams and looting of customers as its a renowned payment gateway. I also called online web development platform provider store-hippo who are provider for this website to alert the same.

Now my doubt came forward as reality and there only a single guy who speaks with different names on the phone and denying refund and abusing over the phone. I have multiple mailed conversation with him attached with this complaint requesting for refund.Initially I tried to be nice with him to get money but he didn't bulge. He took my bank details in the name of quick refund instead of refunding money on original payment method which was credit card and not refunding money and giving vague reasons. When I sternly asked about same he started abusing over phone.

According to online forums many complaints are already filed against him but seems like he doesn't care at all. As he is continuously successful in his fraud since long time and nothing seems to affect him. Please take a strict action against him, and I have requested payment gateways and website provider to stop providing services to him but looks like they don't care as long as their client is paying them money.
