I ordered saree online on beautifulsaree.com and I received a different item. The price I paid is ****/- including delivery. I received an entirely different item. I contacted seller straight away but he is not replying my messages but he is reading it. I sent email on their email id beautifulsaree**@gmail.com as well but I have received no reply. His contact number is **********
On WhatsApp advert, they said it is * days return policy. Their WhatsApp no. [protected]. I want to get a full refund due to their improper service.
