He promised to perform the Glass Works at my house under construction in Katariya Varanasi and after taking the initial advance payment of INR **,*** paid through Paytm on **th Feb ****, till date he never performed the work and have been making false promises. Now he is also refusing to refund the amount back mentioning that he do not have the money.
