the opulent store - Fraud comapny

Hello Team,

Three months ago I placed an order for a handbag from http://www.opulantes.com also called theexuberant.com, http://www.theopulentstore.com etc. These guys keep chnaging the URL's.

The website claims their products are ***% genuine and will be accompanied by a Company warranty card. The shipment had delivered to me on jan * ****, and was a defective, fake product. Unfortunately they insist that since it is a ‘closed delivery’ the product cannot be opened until the money is paid. The delivery boy vanished the moment the money was handed and I was left with a substandard product.

Same day i spoke to customer care people regarding the exchange. I have returned the bag to tehm to get a new bag. But that didnot happen still they are telling out of stock and playing some tricks without giving anything to the customer. Trying to call manytimes they are asking me to pay more.

while the website claims that returns and refunds can be processed immediately, on speaking to the customer service cell, they flatly refused to return the product (despite calling them less than * hours after the delivery was made) and instead offered to change the product.

The website is mentioned here.. http://www.opulantes.com and professes to be ***% genuine products. Request you to please take immediate action and help me get a refund or a genuine product as that is the right of any customer. Online businesses should not be allowed to cheat customers and get away with it. I have all the bills and proofs of delivery should they be required.

My order number is #********** (placed on January *, **** **:**:** PM IST). It was delivered on Jan *th at *.** pm. The product was a different color Micheal Kors handbag and was supposed to have a Michael Kors warranty card which it does not have and the one i have selected.

I need help on this, to get my money back!!
