Faze fashion com - Fraud COD parcel received from Faze fashion

I ordered clothing from Faze Fashion website via Cash on Delivery (COD). Today, I received a parcel delivered by Ekart Logistics, and I paid Rs. *** in cash. However, upon opening the parcel, I found a completely wrong, cheap, and fake product inside. The website has no working return or exchange option. Please help me get my refund from this fraud seller.
