I purchased boat headphones in nov **. after * months It starts malfunction. I raised issue with boat and their service partner came to home. He verified that issue is genuine and it does not have physical damage. So he picks up the headphone. After few days I got email that headphone is physically damaged and we can not do anything. They sent back me but I refuse to accept it . now they are not picking a call or not answering query. My headphone is used by me and does not have any physical damage (This also verified by their courier partner by attaching mobile to headphone).Either courier partner or Service center itself damaged the headphone That was I know.
