Ixigo Le Travenues Technology Pvt Ltd - Fraud cheating

My parents tested Positive for covid **, I decided to go back to my home in bihar from my college hostel, as if stay in jaipur for my college. I booked a flight from Jaipur to Patna on **th April for *nd May. On April **th my father was admitted to ICU, they didn't have enough fees at the moment. They needed some money, so I cancelled my flight ticket one day earlier inorder to send them some money for the urgency and later onn book my flight again. Ixigo has imposed almost a full **% penalty on my ticket cancellation. They charged ****rs during my tickets, and then refund my just ****rs. This is just so unfair. I am a student, I don't even work ... ****rs is ok if u cut that under penalty for cancellation. But ****rs penalty is just fraud. This is not acceptable. Kindly help me through my distress. I need money for my personal expenses. I can't even work outside during this pandemic. Please do the needful. Anticipating a positive response.
