allied healh organization - fraud cheating

I have purchased Allied Health Policy for my family on date ** February **** and I have paid Rs. ****. I have submitted to the allied health organization, I have also discussed with the allied health policy agent she's told me our policy is all hospital treatment **% discount, when I bought the policy, but the statement is different at the time and now I have talked to the allied health customer service, then the different statements of the two Are, so I'm not satisfied with your commitment,

(because i goes a private dental hospital for treatment, doctor says to me any no **% discount from this card.)

So I request you to please cancel my policy and refund my amount
