Impresario Enterprises Private Limited - FRAUD CHARGED EXTRA UNNECESSARILY NOW NOT RESPONDING

I am writing to address serious concerns regarding the service and charges encountered during our recent experience with Impresario Private Limited. Despite previously raising these issues with Mr. Alister, South Social Head, and Mr. Rahul Wishard, CRM, there has been no satisfactory resolution. Food Shortages and Quality: The food we ordered was out of stock, and the available alternatives were subpar in taste and quality. Despite our previous communications, no meaningful steps have been taken to resolve these matters. This email serves as the final notice for a complete settlement and closure of this issue. We demand the following actions immediately: Refund of Overcharged Amount: Refund of ₹**,*** for the JD bottle.
