I had received a CashOnDelivery parcel from Shifto private limited via way bill Number *********** .
In fact we never ordered any item from Shifto private limited and this was delivered to us as a COD . Also the product we received we never ordered from any online or offline vendors.
This definitely looks like a fraud company trying to sell products which are not ordered that to at a high value.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
