trick it media solutions - fraud case

i have bought a Hp laptop product no-**SDK****AU serial no-*CG****HHC for Trick it media media solutions Nehru place new Delhi India on ** Feb ****, and on *th of march had a hardware problem and then checked the warranty it's about to expire , when i talked to the owner he promise to solve all the issues he give a date till **th of April but didn't do anything on it he also promise to refund all the amount but he isn't responding to my call and messages ,i have got a proof for it , I have also talked to the Hp support team they said Hp warrant will not be consider.
