This company call me for the dinner invitation and new branch opening celebration on oct ** and during their presentation they have convince me to take their membership for holiday and flight booking. So we took the membership for * years and submit the full amount of Rs. *****/-.
When we have to do booking on February **. We tried calling their customercare no. but no one is picking call and also no one responded we have started sending mail to them then on mail their reply came their company facing some legal issues after resolving it they will provide service , but this is more than * month still same problem. So I write them to return money back.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
