My Roomie aster - Fraud case My Roomie

I was residing in Aster my roomie hostel from *st Feb **** to **th March ****( * and half month ), I have paid a total amount of Rs.***** to Mr. Naresh through phone pay and Rs. **,*** in cash . I have paid this amount only for the purpose of rental charges and not for personal arrangements. I have also lost my values in my room. During covid time when everyone of us left the hostel, he made personal calls to send him money. However, We have paid him in good faith, but it was found that he has absconded with all the money from students.

It has been more than * years since I submitted all the proofs that you have asked from me. Ever since I have tried to contact the operation manger who is the current manager at My roomie that deals with this issue Instead of taking the responsibility by answering me he hung up on me multiple times and ignoring my texts and multiple emails. I also have been contacting a number of other people to resolve the issue but I never got any response from them either.

I strongly condemn this behavior from My Roomie team and if this continues further I will be taking a legal action on your organization and bring justice to all the students and working professionals whose money has gone in vain due to the irresponsibility in hiring someone( manager) who turned out to be a fraud.
