I bought lenovo idea pad flex on date **.**.****
And have found issue on **.**.**** and report to lenovo premium care team on **.**.**** and after detail discussion and sharing the pic of my directive part of laptop.. lenovo agree and he asaure that this detective is comes under simple warranty not ADP... I have all mail conversation with lenovo... But in later in april month lock down impose by state government...One day i receive a call froM lenovo and he told me ...Pl close the above case. And when lock down end u again raise a complaint ...Than i close the above case (case no. **********) . Again after some relaxation in lockdown I again raise complaint on **.**.**** and engineer from lenovo visit my house and he carry wrong product (that means he carry wrong part of laptop..., I already share the pic of my defective part of laptop...And he carry some other part.) And he told now this case cover under ADP ...(which I use yearly once )... I told him...I have all discussion and showed him all conversation on mail....But he withstand hia point...And told this comes under ADP warranty...Later I called on **.**.**** to lenovo premium care and want to raise a froud case against him. , ..But the agent cut my call between discussion... I have all mail which I conversation from **th april to **th June...
