Chitransh interior decor pvt ltd - Fraud case interior work

We deal with Chitransh interior decor pvt.ltd.on *th Aug'**** in GLS Avenue **, Gurugram. In this deal they were agreed to provide civil work, POP ,Electric fitting, wooden work , plumbing work , paint and wall paper with all materials. The deal was *,**,*** in * months. I have paid Rs.*,**,*** amount to them from *-Aug-** to **-Sep-** on account of Mr. Avinash Srivastava (Director of Chitransh interior decor pvt.ltd).
They demanded the amount every week in the name of materials required but never dumped materials properly & fully. No designs given by them before finalzing the implementation. so that's why whenever changes happened due to negligence & professional behavior and also not provided designed properly. Most of the time they stopped the work due to materials not dumped & also labors were not coming for work & always given excuses. All work are pending except POP. They are stopped work from last ** days and threating to pay otherwise they are not willing to continue the work. I offered them once you dumped whole material then will pay the amount.

I want to file the fraud case against them & want to back my full amount due to fraud case.
