Mahesh Patil PG and Hostels - Fraud Case against Mahesh Patil PG and Hostels in Jayanagar

I am a newcomer to Bangalore. I got a new job, and I was looking for a single-room PG to stay near Vajarahalli Metro Station. While searching on www.magicbricks.com about PG facilities, I found information about "Mahesh Patil PG/Hostels" with the owner's name and contact details: Mr. Mahesh Patil, ***********.
At the first call, he asked me to pay Rs. ****.** as a security deposit at his manager's bank account through an electronic transfer to get the visiting card for his property visit, as it is a society rule. After paying the money, I got a call from his manager, Mr. Ajay Malik, ***********. But instead of providing the visiting card, he asked me to pay Rs. **** as I am new in this city, so I have to show the full month's rent payment for the PG. He also committed that the amount would be refundable within **–** minutes. After paying that amount, he again approached me to pay another Rs. **** and Rs. ** separately, as the previous payment showed it was wrongly paid as a single amount. I had confirmed the same with Mr. Mahesh Patil. He confirmed to me that my money was secure and that I would get a refund immediately after making this payment. But the reality was different. The manager approached me with several amounts of money with the assurance that this is the last payment you have to make and that after that you will get all your money back in a single transaction. And every time I got the same assurance from Mr. Mahesh Patil that my money was secure, I was not worried about that.
But after paying a total of Rs. ****** in series, I refused to pay any more amount to their account. Now they are approaching me and telling me that to get that money back to my account, I have to pay another Rs. *****; otherwise, my entire money will be kept on hold for the next ** days. I realized that this big fraud case is happening with almost all the newcomers in this city. Please help me get my money back.
