RBL bank credit card - Fraud calls from bank

We apply for the card as per his employ thare is no annual or monthly charges. But once received thair are charges of Rs ** + gst on every month. After receiving my card I forwarded complaint against the isuee. We received a call from Mobile No - *********** and told me that he is calling on behalf of RBL cardit card, he know tha all details regarding my isuee. He told me to stay on line I will generate revarsal of your payment. Then he told me you will get a OTP please tell me. After that I received a msg from bank for debit *****/- after the call. I call back on his number but I got no response. Then I again call customer care number regarding this transaction. The accept my complaint and but today I got a sms that the transaction is valid we cant do any thing.

So this happen with me. All my privacy shared by bank to tha person and this is done with many of person. I want to rase a complaint against the bank for sharing my account details with any other.
