Sir I got a call from Snapdeal company from Sanjeev Kumar and Alok Kumar Singh that I have won the lucky draw prize of rs *******for registration I need to pay ****and services tax and tds tax of amount ***** he told me that I need to pay *****to RBI because RBI has been holding my cheque after hearing this I told him to refund my money back but he told me that I need to pay a refund able amount **** and **** but still my money is not refunded back sir please help me out from this situation
