Mobiwik Wallet - Fraud call and Money debited

On ** April i reci computerized call telling that some suspicious activity done on your account please block this transaction to block press * and verify this block bh entering otp but i enter otp and money is debited immediately i call to mobiwik customer support to block they told me mail to fraudalert@mobiwik.com i droped mail also i filed a complain to cyber police i have pdf also but still no resolution my account also disabled please help me i cant afford this much big amount i am ready to pah **k only
