This is a case of pathetical cx service witch byjus has provided me I have purchased the byjus course for my kid for *,* std as promised by the counselor that if you dint like the product within ** days after delevery of the program you can cancel it but that was the biggest nightmare for me to believe there words its been * months the product subscription is not deactivated and the by us finance team is harassing me for emails and even they have taken in total Rs.***** from me in EMI and in down payment
