We have had an extremely hopeless and tiresome experience with this company ** Dumbs. We have been stuck with them since **th April **** for a project for which the committed timeline by them was * months. For over ** months we followed up with them and spoon fed them to deliver our website but all they kept giving was a website full of bugs and careless mistakes. The founder Gautam Bhatt is so unprofessional, shameless and irresponsible that he will keep ignoring your calls and not even care to call you back. The only thing he is good at doing is making excuses and giving false hopes.
They have taken INR **,*** from us which they are not returning and neither are they giving us a working website. Since they have not delivered anything to us but only wasted our time and efforts for * years, we want the full refund from this company with additional compensation immediately.
