On ** December at **.** pm, I placed an order for a VIP phone number from the website VIPBHARAT for Rs ****/- and also got the confirmation from their side but they haven't provided the service yet.
The reason for me waiting for so many days was that I thought they would make a refund or anything like that. Despite sending emails they haven't been replying.
