Trekwin Adventures - Fraud by Travel Company Trekwin Adventures

The company Trekwin adventures promised a trip to me to Auli from **th December to *nd Jan which they couldn't carry out due to the inability to deliver the promise of itinerary from their end. So they(The senior head Mr Jitendar whom I was in touch with for finalising the trip) promised a refund of the amount that I paid within * days starting **th December. I paid the amount to one of their executives Mr Sambhav Jain through google pay ( to the id: sambhavjain*****@okicici/ Ph no: **********). Though this is a personal number, You can see that this is also the number that they've mentioned in their contact us section of their official Trekwin website(https://trekwin.com/contact-us/). Before they get to tamper with the proofs, I'm also attaching the screenshot of their website. When I started contacting the executive Jitendar after * days, he kept postponing questions regarding my refund and disconnecting my calls. And then when I dropped an email regarding my refund, Trekwin wrote back to me on email saying that they'd provide a coupon for the next trip which I can book through their official website www.trekwin.com ( The email has been attached). I repeatedly told them I do not want another trip as I do not have the time and I do not feel safe travelling with their company as their executive's behaviour is inappropriate with me and it seems he wants to seek revenge for lodging a complaint. Also, as the trip was cancelled due to their inability to deliver the promise made for the itinerary, I demanded my refund which after three months still I am not able to get.

I called their executive again, Mr Jitendar ( Ph: **********) last week to discuss new trip if possible or my refund hoping that I'd get it but he just made fake promise, misbehaved and cut the call. I definitely do not feel safe travelling with this company any more, so I'd want to take the legal procedure forward. I also wrote back two days prior to the email that they wrote which is also attached. I request you, that you ensure that this company refunds me my amount as soon as possible and isn't allowed to loot other travellers like me who are earning their hard-earned money just to get it wasted.
