Legend Saree - fraud by them

I gave the order number **** of two sarees on **.**.**** value Rs.***/- . They did not deliver the packet and when I discovered their number and contacted them, they told me that they are refunding my amount, just tell them my Google Pay details, I refused but they got my mobikwik account details and immediately changed my contact number and mail. Luckily I blocked my Mobikwik account at the same time. Please take strict action against Legend Sarees so that they do not cheat others and if possible, please arrange for my refund of Rs *,** / -
