KENT RO SYSTEM LTD - Fraud by the customer service provider

I purchased a Kent Grand Star ZWW MRO in April **** that was installed on **/**/**** after * months its ro flow was not proper so I registered a service request and it was serviced on **/**/**** and after ** months again the same problem occured and I again registered the service request but this time the boy who came for servicing of the RO told that the membrane of the RO needs to be changed and it will require money. Though the RO is in warranty, I asked why money is required to change the membrane of the RO. He told that the membrane earlier changed by the service agent on **/**/**** is not matching with the Product date, hence he will change the same membrane after taking money for the membrane. The RO is still not working due to want of membrane change. The issue remains unresolved. Now I am really disappointed and looking forward to legal help.
