Suman Patra filed complaint against Indian Oil Corporation on Apr 2, 2019
I booked an Indane Gas with Customer Id- Cx********. After successful booking, a payment link was sent and the payment was completed successfully. When the delivery of the cylinder took place the delivery boy rejected that there was no payment been made from my side. The distributor also said the same and I have to make the payment again.
I have all the evidence of my Bank statement and the amount deducted and the payment made to Indian Oil Corporation. This is sheer negligence and a way to cheat customers money. If this is the situation the only way left is to take recourse of Consumer Forum.
I want my refund in my bank account immediately. Also attaching the necessary documents.
