MARKET CAPTAIN INVESTMENT ADVISER - Fraud by Stock Advisory Company

I was registered in Market Captain based in Indore on **/**/**** with small Registration Fees. After that step by step they Increase the amount by projecting the big Profits in Future.
The duration of the service was for * month Initially. However even before the one month was over, the company representative began selling me a more expensive service under which the company would provide Rs. *** Lakh Profit and get me sure shot profits, If committed profits is not deliver they return my service amount. I was not capable to pay such huge amount of this service and refuse initially then they gave me big discount and told me I have to pay it in Instalments (Like EMI).
Even though it is not in my range so I refuse. The representative began constantly texting and calling me day and night for activate service and advice me to borrow money from friends or market. He assure me It will be recover within Month and even claiming that he would refund me my money in case of loss. Finally, I succumbed to buy this more expensive service for which I paid Rs. ******* amount of service. This is the biggest mistake of my life that I put trust on him.
They Provide Receipt for Only Rs **,**,***. In that they issued Receipt on My Name is Rs *,**,*** and other Receipt on my Wife's Name Rs *,**,***. They told me right now there is audit of SEBI so they cannot issue Such a Huge amount of Receipt on One Name. I don't understand at that time, How smartly they are playing with me.
As expected, within few days, I suffered heavy losses and all my account capital turned to Negative. My broker is not allowed me to trade till my account is clear.
** Sep **** is my Last Trade with them. They put me approx Rs *,**,*** Loss. They are wipe out my all capital.
Then they didn't pick my call, whenever attend the call they gave some reason and avoid to discuss about it. When pressure is Increase on me to pay back money I have to file complain against them. My family Life is totally Disturb.
It is my humble Request to you please help me to get back my Service Fee Amount from the Company.
