Bollywood wear - Fraud by sending some garbage packed in shape of cloth

I ordered anushka saree from Bollywood wear site and it was COD. I was busy in my work so did not check it and when I just opened it after few hrs. Then I found there was just some waste cut out clothes garbage packed on a cardboard just in shape of a folded saree.
