Vivo S1 mobile - Fraud by sanjay singh olx

On * july ****, i show add on olx selling vivo s* mobile (* month old) rs. ****/-+*** couriers charges. . Olx use name “bill “send his no ********** and said that he is army man working in bhuj gujrat and asked to pay **** which i paid through phone pay. Then he sent me receipt invoice and screenshot of courier from army postal service. Thenafter he asked me to pay **** as it is mandatory as per rules of army. Then said thay our delivery boy will give delivery at ** am on *-*-**. And in morning, delivery boy called and asked to pay **** remaining which i paid. Total **** paid by me. Still he asked to total **** again due to system issue. I realised this are fraud people. Then my delivery was not given. And no any refund made to me. And fraud was done by them of rs.****. Take strict action for such fraudulent people. And arrange to refund this amount of ****.
