Shama SS Makeup Hair and Beauty Studio - Fraud by Salon

I got my hair color done on **th September from Shama Sachdeva Makeover * number NIT, Faridabad, but they did not do the hair color which I had to do and whose photo I shared with them, and they charged me ₹ ****. The next day when I told them that the color has not come, they said that we will do it again, then I asked them that why the color did not come in the first turn, then they started giving me excuses.I went to their salon the next day. There they said that we will give you another color but not today as we have to arrange the color so you will come tomorrow. When I came home, they messaged me that we can't give you the color you want so I asked that boy, why? he told me that not everyone's hair has the same texture, so I told him to refund my money. I don't want to do any colouring. For many days this argue continued. Then i asked them to refund half amount but they refused even for that, they were not ready for that either. So the next day when i called her for my refund then Shama told me that either you return our product to us or take ****/-, then tomorrow I agreed to take ****/- and today when I called her today for my refund, her husband picked up the call and he flatly refused me to return my money. It's been a week and my refund is stuck with them. Please help now i want my full refund as tgey did fraud with me.
