Sir, I had sent a paper for publication in IJMPERD Journal and I was told that my paper is of good quality in order to that ** percent discount is offered. So I made a payment of **,***/-. Having received this payment publisher denied to publish my paper and reason was plagiarism. So, I asked them to return my amount. Now publisher neither returning my amount nor publishing my paper. And again they are asking for money for removing plagiarism *** rupees per page. This publisher is fraud and looting money from public in the name of publication.
I request you to take strong action against publisher and get my money refunded.
