Vintage Bikes - Fraud by person

I need your help urgently. Recently, I had made one motorcycle deal through olx.in website which turned-out as fraud and I lost my money being trusted. Please help me!!! The name of the fraud/seller is Mr Bimal Sarkar from Dharmapur, Jalpaiguri, West Bengal. I had a regular conversation with Bimal and finalised the deal with ***** thousand rupees cost for Royal Enfield Bike bearing registration number RRC****. I paid ***** as the advance in the beginning and later paid the full amount of ***** thousand (***** + *****) after getting the scanned copy of bike documents/his adhar card, his personal Bank details, vehicle noc receipt and mainly transport company receipt (Royal Transport co. paper). But, after that, there is no response at all from this person neither transport co. Their mobile numbers are active but have rejected my contact and WhatsApp also, no response and even Whatsapp. I am really in trouble and I humbly require your help to sort out this problem and get my money back in a legal procedure.
