vs packers and movers - fraud by packers and movers

I have booked packers movers to move my household items + car from noida to banglore they took my household and car on *st september and told me it will delivered by ** september max !! but there is no trace till ** september then I start asking first they didnt reply , then start fooling it is here /there it will reach start shouting /misbehaving / harassing that it will reach dont bother me I then waited again till **, then I keep asking where it is , may i get driver number , or any evidence they again lied and stop packing phones I was feeling helpless as I was with my family with *.* years old son waiting for household his toys his car and everything , now each passing day I was becoming restless so they becoming aggressive finally they relived they yet not shifted any thing !! and they will return by tomorrow , again it was very socking , I was frustrated/ irritated too I feel helpless as i wasn't knowing condition of my items they after fooling me two more days they return household very dirty situation now for car i literally have to beg , first they told it is in manesar , i asked my friend to pick , then they said no it is in gurgoan i ask again to deliver at my friends place , they again lied no .. i waited ,,they asked me to come within a hour or your car is gone .. i manged any how car (unattended) was driven ***+ km no fuel all papers stolen , very dirty at random location , got key by one unknown person !! I am deeply frustrated still no money returned !! he still dont pick my call I recorded some conversations have enough evidence to prove !! need help. I dont any one else become victim again !!!
