In my hunt for a rental home in Bangalore, I saw advertisements of Nobroker app on a number of social media platforms and signed up for the Nobroker app, using Email ID: sowjusangu@gmail.com , phone number: **********. After registering on the app, on **th and **th of December **** one Mr. Aravind from No broker called from number ********** and ********** several times to pressure me into purchase one of their Tenant plans called Super relax plan costing ****Rs. As per this plan, Nobroker will designate a Relationship Manager who will communicate with homeowners on my behalf and set up appointments to view up to ** residences over a **-day period. Believing to be helpful as it will save time, I agreed to purchase the said plan. A hyperlink was sent by Nobroker and using the hyperlink I made the payment of Rs **** using my Yesbank credit card to NOBROKER JANITORIAL CY on **-**-****.

After Payment, Inside the Nobroker app i could see Irfan, the relationship manager, was assigned to me . Irfan gave me a call and promised to assist me in finding a rental home (his cell phone number is **********). I patiently waited and repeatedly followed up with him, thinking he would show me several houses.

On January *, ****, Irfan abruptly messaged me on the Nobroker app (i have a screenshot of his message), saying that they were having technical difficulties and would not be able to give any service. If I mailed them to tenantrmservicing@nobroker.in, I would receive a refund for the amount paid. As a result, I sent them an email at the specified address, and I received a reply stating that a ticket with the number ******** had been created at there end.
On January **, ****, I received a call from ********** informing me that my refund will be processed and that I would receive my whole amount.

I called their customer service line, **********, every day after that. They kept stating they would give a refund, but eventually they started telling the finance team has denied your claim, there would be no refund. and they forwarded me to ***********, where they verbally abused me, shouting at me, asking, "Who asked you to make the payment?" "Until the technical issue is resolved sit and wait" ."Do whatever you want, we have millions of customers"

When I call their customer service line, **********, they still tell me bogus tales about how they are still processing and will fix the technical issue.

I have squandered numerous hours attempting to reason with them and get my hard-earned money back, but to no effect. It has adversely affected my health and given me a great deal of emotional anguish and frustration.
