New Kitchen Gallery - Fraud by New Kitchen Gallery Purulia

The New Kitchen Gallery tricked me to making Kutchina Modular Kitchen.
Below are the points for which I feel cheated.
*. Delivery was late - They promised to deliver by Sep **th and completed the job in November as they undertook another project and they were doing work on other site.
*.Charged double on items cost - The PVC Sunmica sheet costs just **** which they charged ****. I did purchase the same from the same shops and he charged me **** for the same. And this is just * thing which I came across, I am sure this must be the case with all the items.
*. I have not been given the final bill when it was promised to be given the next day of the final payment. - They unnecessarily delayed the delivery of my kitchen when it was an emergency we mentioned before. I was adamant to fine them for making the delay but they started acting and crying that they are really poor people and they will not be able to do business if we do not complete the payment.
I asked them in specific to give us the final bill and they said they will deliver the final bill to my home. But they never actually did that. They have been playing hide an seek with me since last * months.
