icici bank - Fraud By My Debit Card of ICICI bank

Good afternoon

As one girl called me for credit card of bajaj finserv and says to install one app ie of Bajaj finserv only and she asked to fill basic details and debit card detail and said you will get verification transaction of * rupee but after submitting that I got otp but without entering otp two transcations are done by itself only one over the other.
After that transaction I got a call from icici bank for the confirmation of transaction at the same time at which transaction done and I informed them about the fraud transaction done by my debit card and they have raised transaction dispute .Service Request number is SR*********. And I have shared all the required supporting proofs on customerdisputes@icicibank.com
And they are saying that it will be resolved within * weeks and till now there is no updates as fraud was done on **/**/****.
And as my phone was hacked and transaction done by itself I have not entered otp it was done by fraudster only.Amount is transferred through freecharge merchant to that fraudster.

So by * liability policy I am applicable for full refund as I have raised dispute on these transaction at the same time when I got a call from icici bank for transaction confirmation.

All proofs and that number from which call came and her whatsapp number screenshot is attached in this mail.And my ID and debit card photo is also Attached in this mail.
And the report pdf of cyber and police Complaint Copy is also attached in this this mail.And the link of app which she has shared on WhatsApp is also attached in this mail.

So please help me to get this amount refund and block that account in which money is transferred.
As I have gone to nearest branch and branch manager of that branch said me that you can contact customer care for this.
