Micromatic Systems - Fraud by Micromatic Systems Bangalore

I have purchased ** kva home stabilizer and isolation transformer from Micromatic systems in Bangalore during June/July **** for **,*** Rs. Due to operational issues, seller had recommended to go with another type of stabilizer which was quoted as * lakh rupees including the installed products worth of **,*** Rs, means I supposed to make additional payment of **,*** Rs. Out of this i have made an advance payment of **,*** Rs and the machine was installed after three weeks (they promised within * days), however it did not work as expected and situation became worse than nothing. After two weeks they came with a proposal that, they will replace the new machine with another one. I have not agreed to this proposal and wanted my advance **,*** Rs to refunded and asked them to bring back the initial equipment. Seller has given a cheque of **,*** Rs (on **th Sep) but no balance in the account (Cheque is still with me). Reported the issue to Indiamart as i have connected to Micromatic Systems via Indiamart. Executive from Indiamart has continuously followed with seller along with me and the seller has been bluffing every day with one time slot to transfer the money. Finally, they have given **,***rs only and since then they are not reachable to me, but to Indiamart they have given multiple false commitments with no real action to refund my money. And also, the new equipment what they have installed is under capacity ** KVA total and does not have Isolation transformer, and not given the warranty certificates too, this they have given a different company product. Means my whole purpose is defeated and a lot of mental tension and irritation due to the way the fraud is done by them.
