I am writing thisin order to complain about the Fraud which has been done by Meesho.
We ordered a designer saree with Order No:- ********** worth Rs.***/- which was a COD delivery but soon after opening the parcel we were shocked to see that we were cheated by receiving torn waste cloth pieces inside the parcel.
We could not even believe what we saw today, this was the most pathetic and troublesome experience we have had because of Meesho.
I would escalate this matter to Consumer Complaints Court and would also Tweet about this and also post it on Instagram and Facebook so that NO loyal & genuine customers like us face such problems.
All I would say is that this really is a big FRAUD & CRIME by MEESHO which is not acceptable and MEESHO should apologize for such disappointing customer service.
