On *nd dec ****, i bought a iphone ** of ***** rs and a charger of **** rs approx. from JHANKAAR mobile shop. The shop owner gave me simple reciept of mobile not the original invoice. After a month iphone ** started hang. Phone used to get heat sometimes , sometimes charging stops many times charging stop at some **% , sometimes at **%. Two times i had to buy charger for iphone ** due to not charging the phone when adapter is plugged to phone. All these problems i was facing and after * months of using iphone ** with these problems suddenly phone switched off and till its not open. I decided to send mobile to service centre bhopal but the service centre told they can not touch without original online invoice. I asked the JHANKAAR MOBILE shopkeeper for invoice he told that he didn't have that original invoice and he denied saying that the phone in which invoice was downloaded is that phone is broken now. I am sure is a fraud , I want my money back because i have been fooled by the shopkeeper he had given me duplicate version of iphone ** . This is full reality of that JHANKAAR MOBILE shop which is located in shilpi plaza, REWA , M.P.
