I have purchased independent TV set-top box on Jan **** with a one-year subscription. But from the start, they are not providing the service. When we contact the customer care they just told us that the service will resume in next month. But from the last two months, the service is completely shut down. No response from customer care. Please take the strong action against the independent TV and refund my charges of rupees ****.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
