Glamyo Health - Fraud by health Company

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I hope this email finds you in good health and high spirits. I am
writing to bring to your attention a pressing issue concerning a
companies that are operating in an unlawful and unethical manner,
causing considerable distress and financial burden to consumers like
myself.
To provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the situation, I
would like to address the issue with Glamyo Health first. On March **,
****, I entered into an agreement with Glamyo Health for a teeth
aligners treatment plan. Regrettably, despite making timely payments
and complying with all the terms and conditions of the agreement,
Glamyo Health failed to fulfill its end of the bargain.
Specifically, I was promised that the aligners would be delivered
promptly, but I received them with a significant delay, on April **,
****. Even then, I only received four sets of aligners, which were
intended to sustain me for two months. When the aligners reached the
end of their usage period, I attempted to contact Glamyo Health to
obtain new sets as per our agreement. However, to my dismay, all my
attempts to communicate with them proved futile. Neither phone calls
nor emails were returned, leaving me in the dark about the status of
my treatment.
After extensive efforts to seek answers, I was finally given the
contact information of an executive named Sumit (**********) on June
**, ****. Mr. Sumit assured me that I would receive my aligners within
** days. Unfortunately, this promise was not kept, and when I followed
up on July **, ****, I was told that a technical issue was causing the
delay and I should wait for another ** days.

A month passed, and on August **, ****, I attempted to contact Mr.
Sumit once again, but this time, there was no response whatsoever.
Subsequent attempts to reach Glamyo Health through various channels,
including email, proved equally unfruitful. In light of these
circumstances and Glamyo Health's complete failure to deliver the
promised services, I have decided to withdraw my contract with them
and have ceased making further EMI payments. The EMI were being paid to FIBE, an online financial service provider.
I would like to bring to your attention the communication I had with Fibe regarding the EMI services they extended on behalf of Glamyo Health. In my previous correspondence with Fibe, I explained that I did not seek a loan from them. Being a student, it was not feasible for me to make the entire payment in one go. Fibe, in their communication, offered the option of paying in instalments with no interest applicable, which seemed like a convenient arrangement.
However, it was only when Glamyo Health failed to fulfil its obligations that I realised the nature of the financial arrangement. Despite my valid concerns and grievances against Glamyo Health, Fibe has taken an aggressive stance and subjected me to threats and intimidation for non-payment of EMIs. I want to emphasize that my decision to withhold further EMI payments is a direct result of Glamyo Health's failure to deliver the promised dental services.
In addition to the challenges I have faced due to Glamyo Health's non-performance and Fibe's aggressive stance, I feel compelled to bring to your attention the alarming and distressing situation that unfolded when I ceased payments to Fibe. In response to my decision, I received threats through unconventional means – a group claiming to be associated with Fibe contacted me, delivering threats and insisting that I either pay the outstanding EMIs to Fibe or face severe consequences, including harm to my family. While I do not have a recording of these threats, I have preserved several screenshots of the messages sent by these individuals.

Under such duress and concern for the safety of my family, I reluctantly paid the entire outstanding amount to Fibe. This coercive tactic was not only unethical but also put my family's well-being at risk. Moreover, I find it deeply troubling that Fibe resorted to such tactics, especially considering the circumstances were a direct result of Glamyo Health's failure to fulfill their commitments. Fibe has imposed unfair and arbitrary charges and interest on us even though the fault was by the Glamyo and Fibe and are directly or indirectly threatening us. I am hereby attaching the receipt of the amount paid yet as well. Along with that I am also attaching the photos and proofs of the promise made by Glamyo health as well. Please take cognizance of the same as soon as possible.

Furthermore, when an executive from Fibe contacted me after the RBI's intervention, instead of addressing the core issue, they attempted to shift the blame onto me and Glamyo Health. The executive insisted on confirming that my side was not at fault, despite having ample evidence of Glamyo Health's delays and non-performance. It is disheartening that Fibe chose to protect their interests rather than prioritize consumer welfare. They also send a notice to us informing that they have redirected the merchant to us(Glamyo) but we haven’t received a single mail or call from Glamyo till now.
In light of the mental agony, threats, inconvenience, and health damage caused by this entire ordeal, I am left with no choice but to demand the return of all the money I paid, totaling **,*** INR (including the amounts paid to Fibe and Glamyo). Additionally, I seek compensation for the harm caused, amounting to **,*** INR, reflecting the distress and adverse impact on my health and well-being. I hope that prompt and decisive action will be taken to address these grievances and prevent similar incidents in the future.
These combined actions by both companies have resulted in unwarranted harassment, and I believe it is crucial for the concerned authorities to investigate and take appropriate actions against Glamyo Health . I urge for a fair and just resolution to protect consumers and prevent such incidents in the future.
