I wanted to replace my hathway connection with a new operator. But on *st December a guy from hathway called and told about a ***Mbps at ***/- plan. We made the *** payment and nothing happened. It's already been * days and now he is not even picking up my calls.
I'm attaching a screenshot of chat that I had with him.
its clearly a case of fraud that one of the hathway sales guy has done.
