Wirelessbass.com - Fraud by e-commerce company

Hi, I saw an advertisement on instagram (wirelessbass, Rye D) for year end sale of headphones. I placed an order for Sony MDR-XB***B* EXTRA BASS™ WIRELESS HEADPHONES (Document * attached) on wirelessbass.com website. There was no sign in option, only select the product , add to cart, place order. After placing the order the site showed a thank you for purchase message and sent one SMS from QP-****** (Document * attached). One SMS contained a link to track the product and it showed as GURGAON.

The mode of payment was COD. I received the product on **th January **** it was not Sony MDR-XB***B* EXTRA BASS™ WIRELESS HEADPHONES but a cheap toy headphone (Document *) . By then I was confirmed of an online fraud.

As per the website I followed the return policy which says that the product should be returned within * days to the address mentioned on the invoice. But there was no invoice and no address at all, just my delivery address from eKart logistics. The courier company was ekart logistics to whom I paid ****/-. Contact Us/help email bounced backed: contact us email: *) info@wireless-beat.com *) Help.Wirelessbeat@gmail.com (both not working, email bounced back). No contact number, no physical address mentioned.

One email address I found was from order confirmation page mishraravi****@gmail.com which can be of some help. On my research website location found to be of Ontario Canada (may have used a VPN to change location). More details of the website with IP address below.
