Fraud by Cantabil - Complaint regarding defective blazer and unprofessional behavior
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and treatment I received at your Cantabil showroom. I recently purchased a blazer from the store, but upon inspecting it after the billing, I found that it was defective. When I brought this issue to the attention of the showroom owner, I was met with hostility and abuse.
Not only did the showroom owner refuse to issue me a refund for the defective item, but he also used abusive language towards my mother, who accompanied me to the store. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
I am requesting a full refund for the defective blazer. I expect to receive a response from your team as soon as possible.
