Toollook in - Fraud by booking ticket online and issued a fake PNR number of flight even deducted full payment of

My name is Pooja Neeraj Bhardwaj and residing in Pune. I wanted to book flight Pune to Delhi and also for return from Delhi to Pune respectively. On **-**-**** at *.**, i opened a search engine for booking flight ticket online and on the top, i got the site of travellook. Then i booked ticket through travellook from Pune to Delhi and Delhi to Pune . However, i received an email on my email id that the process of booking the ticket will take ** minutes and then afetr ** minutes later i recived an email of confirmation with PNR. Therfore, i checked the PNR status, and i was shocked that there was no sattus of given PNR number shown means which was not valid. This incident harassed me mentally very much that how the fake sites cheat with the people. I lost Rs. ***** in this fraud done by fake site i.e. Travellook.in. I also called their customer care number but no response from there and after saw the reviews , i came to know that it is a fraud company and cheated so may people like me. I request that kindly help me to get my money back with compensation of lost my time and mentally peace and also take a step against this fraud company by which other fake companies can not do wrong with normal people.
