ICICI Bank Limited - Fraud By Bank

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is come to your notice that I have bank account with ICICI bank since ****. On dated **-**-**** a sum of amount Rs. *****.** has been debited from account. I haven’t received any debit alert from the bank till date. Earlier I was getting alert on every transaction. A very next day I have check my account through net banking and come to know about debited amount. I haven’t shared my credentials with any one.

On very same time I have raised a compliant at ICICI customer support to highlight the issue. Customer care executive let me that an online order has been placed at flipkart through my debit card Pin. I asked him to stop the product delivery order as minimum ** hours are required to place an order at flipkart site. Due to causal approach from bank representatives delivery haven’t stopped.

The casual approach from bank side I have lost my huge amount. If bank actively participate on raised compliant could be save my amount. Customer care executive also advise that bank will issue a letter within one working day to put FIR at Cyber-crime police station, however date I have received any letter from bank. Personally I have compliant at cyber-crime office on dated **th Oct **** without any delay. They guys helped me a lot. Also they told me that if reached them very next day they will help me out to stop the filpkart order delivery.

Due to fake advise from bank representative I didn’t do that. Now bank fraud team has closed the request after wasting my causal ** days. Neither action has been taken from bank side.

I haven’t received even single call from my bank about that fraud. I am salaried person and totally depended on that. Due to bank fraud I have lost my salary.
