Bandhan bank - Fraud By Bandhan Bank

We have been badly cheated by Ms Ruchi Mishra for giving complete wrong information about our current account opening status

I applied for current account on **nd November and i was told by Ms. Ruchi that account will open in *-* days. Its been around * weeks since I have been chasing her to know about the status of current account but no reply has come and even she is not responding to call

The excuses given is bank taking time, stamp discrepancy and everytime she keeps on extending day by day without giving any strong reasons. She intentionally did all this to harrash us

Even for Rs. **** minimum balance account she asked to give cheque of Rs *****. and no reason was given for that. So by trusting her words, I paid Rs. *****

Its really any unprofessional behaviour by bank and their employee. Once the amount got deducted, they become arrogant and stop receiving call and even do not bother to reply about the updated status

Many times i have requested to cancel the processing and return the money but they are not even responding.
On *nd december, Swarn Lata called me and promised me to provide the account number but till now no information is provided. Its a series of fraud.

Really an unprofessional behaviour by bank and their employees. Same thing will be informed to RBI also

Kindly refund the amount of Rs. ***** asap and cancel the account
