Attain Education Private Limited - Fraud by attainu leetu education services

My name is Nitesh yadav enrolled in full stack development course in ATTAINU company so they asked me pay to pay the enrollment fees that is ****** in which there is ISA (income share agreement) in which I have to pay ***** now and other remaining after I got placement i paid them ***** cheque for ISA breach on **july but in there there is MONTHLY TEST in which if student fails they will transfer batch * times till now I admitted then I asked them that after * batches If I fail in MONTHLY TEST then I have to pay nothing and I will complete my course at that time they admitted it and then I paid the the seat booking fees **** after that they send me a ISA copy in that there is n numbers of way to expel the student from the course and encase the ISA breach cheque then called them to asked that they are now saying this a policy which u have to follow they are looting me please help I have all the WHATSAPP messages and CALL recording of them admitting the above said commitment now they are refusing to refund because it is nonrefundable please help me they are looting me please help I m a middle class family I cant afford that much pressure in this pandemic and now when I called them they said bahot case chal rahe mere upar * or chalega koi fark nhi i have recording of that please help please I am in depression help
