Dear sir/ma'am
On *th of November **** I had done a transaction of Rs ***.* for booking a train ticket which was failed but the amount has been deducted.
Its been more than * and a half months but the amount has not been refunded yet,
So it's a request look after my queries and solve it as early as possible.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
